We are a small community of 31 townhouses and 10 detached houses, located within Rock Creek Palisades, Kensington, Maryland. Palisades Association was founded in 1970, and the homes constructed in 1971-72. The Association is charged with maintaining five common areas, enforcing community rules, and enhancing the quality of community life. The Association is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected to two-year terms of office. The Board meets monthly and the meetings are open to all residents. The current Board members are:

Homeownership in the community confers automatic membership in the Association, along with mandatory annual dues of $450 per year. Dues may be paid annually or semi-annually. Although Association membership and voting are restricted to owners, all residents are encouraged to become active in the community.
